Whether enrolling your child for the first time or returning for another great year with Par, all new and updated student information can be completed and uploaded online safely using our new student registration portal, Final Forms. General Enrollment Information
As a public charter school, any child residing within Licking County may enroll at Par Excellence STEM Academy. If you want to inquire about new student enrollment, please feel free to call our staff at any time by calling 740-344-7279, or send an email at paroffice@laca.org. We enroll all grades from Kindergarten through 6th grade.
If you are interested in enrolling your child, follow the instructions above to access our Final Forms student registration portal.
The following documentation MUST be included for enrollment to be complete:
- Birth certificate (Must have original for office to copy)
- Immunization record
- Photo I.D. of custodial parent or guardian
- Proof of residency (Must be within the past 30 days and have a parent/guardian name and current address) Examples include: utility bill, lease, mortgage, etc.
- Proof of custody (In cases of divorce or foster families)
- Current IEP or ETR Plan (If applicable)
- The completed Final Forms New Student Registration application, which includes:
- Consent for Student Records Release
- Language Usage Survey
- Bus Transportation Registration

There is no cost to attend Par Excellence Academy. Students will receive exemplary education with no tuition costs or fees.
Absolutely. We have exceptional intervention specialists who can oversee your child’s individualized education plan and ensure they receive the services they need to thrive.
Yes, students receive busing from their neighborhood school district. For more information, check out our Transportation Page.
Every child at Par Excellence receives a free breakfast, lunch, and snack regardless of income and economic factors. We track how many children qualify for state and federal data, but provide food free of charge for every student. Children learn best when they have proper nutrition!
Students at Par Excellence Academy wear a simple uniform. We believe this helps limit bullying and puts the focus on academics. For details on the student dress code and uniforms, please refer to the student handbook.

Frequently Asked Questions
Children must be five (5) years old on or before September 30 to enroll in kindergarten at Par Excellence Academy for the upcoming school year.
Kindergarten screening is designed to assess the development of language, gross motor, fine motor, and conceptual skills by having your child participate in tasks and answer questions. Upon registration, you will be given a Kindergarten Screening form to complete; school personnel will then contact you to schedule an appointment.
Parents/Guardians must have the following documents for registration:
