Online registration is now open for all new and returning students at Par Excellence STEM Academy. Whether your child is joining the Par family for the first time or continuing their journey with us, all required student information can be safely completed and uploaded online through our secure registration portal, Final Forms.

General Enrollment Information
As a public community school, Par Excellence STEM Academy welcomes enrollment from any child residing within Licking County. We proudly serve students in Kindergarten through 6th grade, providing a rigorous, inclusive, and innovative learning environment.
Families interested in enrolling a new student are encouraged to contact our Marketing & Enrollment Department for personalized support. Please call 740‑344‑7279 ext. 556 or email cstamper@parstem.org for questions, enrollment inquiries, or waitlist information.
To begin the enrollment process, please follow the instructions above to access our secure Final Forms student registration portal, where all required student information can be completed and submitted online.
The following documentation MUST be included for enrollment to be complete:
- Birth certificate (Must have original for office to copy)
- Immunization record
- Photo I.D. of custodial parent or guardian
- Proof of residency (Must be within the past 30 days and have a parent/guardian name and current address) Examples include: utility bill, lease, mortgage, etc.
- Proof of custody (In cases of divorce or foster families)
- Current IEP or ETR Plan (If applicable)
- The completed Final Forms New Student Registration application, which includes:
- Consent for Student Records Release
- Language Usage Survey
- Bus Transportation Registration

What are the age requirements for Kindergarten?
According to Ohio law, students entering Kindergarten must be five (5) years old on or before the first day of the school year.
How do I begin the Kindergarten enrollment process?
Families should complete online registration through our secure Final Forms portal. Instructions are provided above on this page.
Is there a Kindergarten screening?
Yes. All incoming Kindergarten students participate in a screening designed to help us understand each child’s readiness, strengths, and learning style. This ensures a positive and supportive start for every student. Our office will contact you once your enrollment process is complete to schedule the kindergarten screening appointment.
What documents are required for enrollment?

Does my child need prior preschool experience?
No. Preschool experience is helpful but not required. Our Kindergarten program meets children where they are and builds foundational academic, social, and emotional skills.

Family involvement at Par Excellence STEM Academy means learning and growing together. Families are welcome to participate in school events, support classroom activities, and volunteer in ways that fit their schedule—helping create a supportive and connected learning environment for every child. Parents and guardians are also invited to join POPTA (People of Par and Teacher Auxiliary) as an additional way to stay involved and connected to our school community.
